Abu Dhabi [UAE], March 8 (ANI): Etihad Airways on Sunday released its latest flight schedule for March 8–10 (local time).
Guests with existing bookings will be accommodated on these flights as soon as possible. Tickets are also available for purchase on the airline’s website, according to a statement from Etihad.
Meanwhile, Qatar Airways said its scheduled flight operations remain temporarily suspended due to the closure of Qatari airspace. The airline said it will fully resume operations once the Qatar Civil Aviation Authority announces the safe reopening of the country’s airspace.
Following temporary authorization from the Qatar Civil Aviation Authority confirming limited operating corridors, Qatar Airways said it intends to operate a limited flight schedule in the coming days to assist passengers affected by the disruption and help them reunite with family and friends as quickly and safely as possible.
Flights departing from Doha on March 9 are scheduled to include Seoul, Moscow, London Heathrow, Delhi, Madrid, Islamabad, Beijing Daxing, Perth, and Nairobi.
Flights departing on March 10 are expected to include Cairo, London Heathrow, Jeddah, Manila, Kochi, Muscat, Istanbul, Mumbai, Delhi, Nairobi, Islamabad, Madrid, Frankfurt, Colombo, and Milan.
Flights arriving in Doha on March 10 are scheduled from Seoul, Moscow, London Heathrow, Delhi, Madrid, Islamabad, Beijing Daxing, Perth, and Nairobi.
Flights arriving on March 11 are expected from Cairo, London Heathrow, Jeddah, Manila, Kochi, Muscat, Istanbul, Mumbai, Delhi, Nairobi, Islamabad, Madrid, Frankfurt, Colombo, and Milan.
The airline said passengers can check the latest updates and make bookings through the Qatar Airways website, mobile app, or a travel agent.
Qatar Airways clarified that these flights do not constitute a full resumption of scheduled commercial operations.
Passengers have been advised not to arrive at their departure airport unless they hold a valid confirmed ticket for travel.
The airline said the safety and well-being of passengers and crew remain its highest priority during the disruption. It also apologized for the inconvenience caused by the situation, which it described as beyond its control, and thanked passengers for their patience and understanding.
