
New Delhi [India], July 27 (ANI): The Indian IPO market is poised for a busy week starting Monday, with 14 initial public offerings (IPOs) lined up across the mainboard and SME segments. Collectively, these IPOs aim to raise over ₹7,000 crore.
Among the mainboard IPOs, the National Securities Depository Ltd. (NSDL) will open for subscription on Wednesday. The ₹4,012 crore issue is entirely an offer for sale, with a price band set at ₹760–800 per share. As India’s largest depository, NSDL is expected to witness strong institutional interest, given its pivotal role in the growth of the Indian capital markets, analysts noted.
Other key mainboard IPOs include:
- Aditya Infotech Ltd. (Opening Tuesday): The ₹1,300 crore issue is priced between ₹640–675 per share. The company operates in IT services, focusing on cloud computing, automation, and AI solutions.
- Laxmi India Finance (Opening Tuesday): This ₹254 crore issue is priced at ₹150–158 per share. The NBFC targets MSME and vehicle financing in Tier-II and rural markets.
- Sri Lotus Developers (Opening Wednesday): The ₹792 crore real estate IPO is priced in the ₹140–150 per share range.
In the SME segment, 10 companies are scheduled to open their IPOs this week, with issue sizes ranging from ₹20 crore to ₹130 crore. These include:
- Kaytex Fabrics
- Renol Polychem
- Cash Ur Drive
- Mehul Colours
- Takyon Networks
- M&B Engineering
- BD Industries
- Umiya Mobile
- Repono
- Flysbs Aviation
Additionally, a series of companies are scheduled to be listed on the exchanges next week:
- Indiqube Spaces (Mainboard): Scheduled to list on Wednesday.
- GNG Electronics: Listing on BSE and NSE, tentatively on Wednesday.
- Brigade Hotel Ventures: Expected to list on Thursday.
- Shanti Gold International: Listing slated for Friday.
