Munich [Germany], February 13 (ANI): Fifteen leading global companies from 10 countries across Africa, Asia, Europe, and North America on Thursday announced the launch of the Trusted Tech Alliance (TTA) on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference.
According to an official release, the alliance brings together a group of like-minded global technology providers committed to working across borders under a shared set of principles aimed at building a trusted technology stack. The scope of cooperation spans connectivity, cloud infrastructure, semiconductors, software, and artificial intelligence.
The principles underpinning the alliance are designed to ensure that, regardless of a supplier’s nationality, member companies adhere to common commitments on transparency, security, and data protection. These commitments are intended to strengthen trust in digital technologies while ensuring that the benefits of innovation are passed on to people worldwide.
The release noted that amid the unprecedented pace of technological change and an increasingly complex global environment, governments and customers are seeking greater reliability and resilience from technology providers and the services they deliver.
At the same time, it highlighted that scepticism toward digital technologies persists, particularly concerning their potential negative impact on individuals and societies, underscoring the need for trusted, secure, and accountable technological frameworks.
