Tel Aviv, April 22 (ANI/TPS): Israel is set to become the first country to introduce a nationwide AI tutoring system for K-12 students, following a partnership between eSelf and the Center for Educational Technology (CET). The pilot program will initially focus on Hebrew instruction and provide every K-12 student with a personalized AI tutor.
The AI tutors, powered by eSelf’s avatars, will adapt to individual learning needs and offer real-time, multilingual support along with visual explanations. Harvard University will assist in developing the methodology and conducting impact assessments for the initiative.
This move aims to address educational gaps and help combat global teacher shortages, setting a significant milestone for the integration of AI in education.
