Tel Aviv [Israel], June 19 (ANI/TPS): As part of Operation “Iron Wall” in the Nablus region, Israeli forces carried out a targeted operation this week, resulting in the destruction of four lathes used for manufacturing weapons and ammunition, according to the Israel Defence Forces (IDF).
Additionally, two more lathes were confiscated in Balata, located in the Samaria region. These machines were reportedly being used as core infrastructure by terrorist groups to produce improvised weapons.
The IDF emphasized that the neutralized lathes were integral to terrorist operations in the region, enabling the continued production and distribution of deadly weapons to militants and terrorist organizations.
The operation underscores Israel’s continued efforts to disrupt terrorist capabilities and dismantle the logistical networks that support armed attacks against civilians and security forces. (ANI/TPS)
