The “No Kings” protesters rallied across major cities in the United States against the policies of President Donald Trump. But the absence of energetic, gainfully employed youth was conspicuous. Most of those who showed up at the rallies were above 50—many appearing to have been dragged out of senior housing facilities, or perhaps were paid protesters who seem to appear at nearly every demonstration. The protest, bankrolled by Trump haters, enjoyed full support and participation from left-wing politicians and their affiliated groups, who desire nothing less than the political extinction of the president.
Strange though it may seem, even yesterday an elderly man was seen holding a placard with the sign “8647,” which translates to “kill the 47th president.” This cannot be construed as an accidental error but as a deliberate message—an open invitation to any deranged individual to take up arms against the president. We have already seen such dangerous acts in the Pennsylvania incident, where President Trump was struck by an assassin’s bullet but miraculously survived by divine intervention, and the Palm Beach, Florida incident, where another would-be assassin was arrested while taking aim at the president.
When a reporter asked one protester about the purpose of the rally, the individual had no satisfactory answer—only a display of total disdain for the president, whom they despise simply because he dares to expose their bluffs and fulfill the promises he made to the American people during his campaign.
He promised to secure the border—and he did. So effectively, in fact, that few or no illegal crossings have been recorded in recent months. During the Biden administration, by contrast, millions of migrants poured into the United States without restraint.
He promised to deport illegal aliens and appointed Tom Homan, a 35-year Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) veteran, as Border Czar. ICE agents have been working relentlessly, arresting thousands of drug traffickers and processing and deporting millions of illegal entrants. Violent attacks and terror threats against ICE agents in various blue cities have reached unprecedented levels—encouraged, shockingly, by some blue state governors and mayors.
He also promised to dismantle the “deep state” within the government. To that end, he appointed young and vibrant individuals to his cabinet—people likely unconnected to the entrenched bureaucratic operatives who have long functioned as a government unto themselves, viewing elected representatives with disdain as temporary figures who will soon be replaced in the next election cycle.
He promised to end wars and bring peace to the Middle East—an objective he successfully achieved. He brought home all remaining hostages and brokered a peace accord between Israel and Hamas in Egypt, witnessed by leaders from across the Islamic world—a historic feat no one else has been able to accomplish.
He also pledged to end narco-terrorism. By destroying boats carrying drugs in Venezuelan waters, he has taken decisive action to fulfill that promise, saving hundreds of thousands of American lives.
Considering these facts, one must ask: Who are these protesters? Why are they protesting? What are they even protesting for? These questions remain unanswered. Their narrative is simplistic: “Trump is not a king.” They accuse him of using authoritarian power to implement his policies. Yet, to date, he has defied no court orders—even those issued by activist judges who seem to care little for law and order, basing their judgments purely on political leanings.
He has not ordered the arrest of any protester—a situation that would certainly be different if he were truly a king. When asked by a reporter whether he considers himself a king, President Trump quipped, “I am not a king. I work my ass off to make this countryy great, that’s all it is, I am not a king at all.” Taking it all in stride, the president even released an AI-generated video mocking the protesters—depicting himself piloting an F-22 fighter jet dumping raw sewage on the crowd.
But the leaders like Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Shumer who complain about Donald Trump as a king, have been in Congress for four decades each, while the entire Trump was only in power for four plus yyyears as of now. What an irony. It only reveals why the entrenched political elites loathes President Trump. He is the only one who stands for the people while all others are in it for themselves and are totally terrified of losing their perks.
Whatever their goals may be, these meaningless protests only reveal that the parties promoting and participating in them are devoid of practical solutions to the crises facing the nation. The paucity of their intellectual capacity is causing great harm to the country—even in the eyes of the international community, which they fail to comprehend due to their myopic vision and self-centered pursuits.
