
New Delhi [India], June 29 (ANI): President of India, Droupadi Murmu, is set to visit Uttar Pradesh—specifically Bareilly and Gorakhpur—from June 30 to July 1, the President’s Secretariat announced in an official release on Sunday.
According to the release, on June 30, the President will attend the 11th convocation ceremony of the Indian Veterinary Research Institute in Bareilly. Later the same day, she will participate in the first convocation ceremony of AIIMS Gorakhpur, underscoring the importance of education and healthcare infrastructure in the region.
On July 1, President Murmu will inaugurate the Mahayogi Guru Gorakhnath AYUSH University in Gorakhpur. Additionally, she will visit Mahayogi Gorakhnath University, where she is scheduled to inaugurate the Auditorium, Academic Block, and Panchkarma Kendra. The President will also lay the foundation stone for a new girls’ hostel, the release stated. (ANI)
