Sajjala, who is also the General Secretary of YSRCP, previously served as the Public Affairs Advisor to the Andhra Pradesh government during Jagan’s tenure from 2019 to 2024.
🔹 Composition of the New PAC:
The 33-member PAC includes a mix of prominent political leaders, MLAs, MLCs, MPs, and regional heavyweights. Notable members include:
- Tammineni Sitaram
- Pedika Rajanna Dora
- Mudragada Padmanabham
- Kodali Sri Venkateswara Rao (Nani)
- Vidadala Rajini
- RK Roja
- Buggana Rajendranath Reddy

🔹 Political Tensions and Allegations:
The announcement comes amid political tensions ahead of elections in the state. On Saturday, former minister Perni Nani accused CM Chandrababu Naidu of obstructing Jagan Mohan Reddy’s travel to meet the family of a slain party worker, Kuruba Lingamaiah.
In another controversy, YSRCP has accused the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) of neglect at a cow shelter, alleging the deaths of nearly 100 cows due to mismanagement. TTD, however, has denied these allegations.
The reconstitution of the PAC is being seen as part of YSRCP’s effort to consolidate its leadership team and intensify campaign efforts ahead of the upcoming 2024 Andhra Pradesh Assembly elections.
