Diplomatic relations between India and Denmark, established in September 1949, are rooted in historical ties, shared democratic traditions, and a common commitment to regional and international peace and stability. Bilateral relations were elevated to a “Green Strategic Partnership” during the virtual summit held in September 2020 between Modi and Frederiksen. The ongoing development of India-Denmark relations continues to be guided by this partnership. (ANI)
