Key Findings of the Deloitte Report
- 70% of firms are eager to leverage Generative AI (GenAI) for automation, highlighting the rising adoption of AI-powered autonomous systems.
- 61% of businesses are running more than 10 GenAI experiments, reflecting the acceleration of AI innovation.
- 67% of companies reported that GenAI positively impacted all phases of software development.
- 70% of organisations stated their AI integration efforts met or exceeded ROI expectations.
AI Adoption Across Business Functions
Critical departments such as IT, customer service, marketing, operations, and product development lead in AI adoption as businesses mature in their AI strategies.
